WELCOME AND THANKS FOR VISITING
BIBI N. BAC - BBA - M.Ed.- CFR
Certified Florida Supreme Court Family and Civil Court Mediator/Arbitrator
Resolving Family matters and Everyday Conflicts Outside of Court
HERE ARE FIVE REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD MEDIATE RATHER THAN LITIGATE –
- Mediation saves money because it cost less than litigation. The cost is shared equally by the disputing parties. Mediation saves time, unlike litigation which can drag on for months/years.
- Mediation is Confidential, unlike litigation. All discussions and disclosure during the mediation process are private and cannot be revealed to anyone outside the mediation process.
- Both parties have equal say in the issues in dispute.
- Both parties decide the solution and the terms of the settlement NOT the mediator.
- Mediation creates a win-win outcome while litigation creates winners and losers.
