HERE ARE FIVE REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD MEDIATE RATHER THAN LITIGATE –

  1. Mediation saves money because it cost less than litigation. The cost is shared equally by the disputing parties. Mediation saves time, unlike litigation which can drag on for months/years.
  2. Mediation is Confidential, unlike litigation. All discussions and disclosure during the mediation process are private and cannot be revealed to anyone outside the mediation process.
  3. Both parties have equal say in the issues in dispute.
  4. Both parties decide the solution and the terms of the settlement NOT the mediator.
  5. Mediation creates a win-win outcome while litigation creates winners and losers.
